Okay, so... This is what we call RNG.

I wouldn't suggest spending that much on an RNG based event, as you aren't guranteed to get who you're after. Next time I'd highly, highly, HIGHLY, would recommend waiting for an event where you're guaranteed to get the ninja you're after. As at least that way, you won't suffer such a big disappointment.
