I joined the new server S913:snake charmer jutsu and I have noticed that in the new server event area I am not able to accept the rewards for the level up event and in the bottom right hand corner of the event is says my level is zero even tough my level is above the required levels any help would be appreciated

It's most likely that the event has ended. If you could provide a screenshot, it can be confirmed.
