but what should be he is mood? I am playing with Attack+ and ninjutsu-.

I think it's right... becAuse minato doesn't attack so much with nin...

His chase does ninjutsu damage. I have as +attack -health.

but health is much important for minato, he is defense weak too

5% less health is nothing. Don't overestimate the value of health.

Since his def is nothing amazing, taking 5% wont change much.

I -5% def as well. He will dodge once anyway. Take couple hits later with support behind his back. He should be ok.
