So my battle armor is lvl 8 at 196 what are the chanxes of getting it to 9 with 10k or how much do you think it will cost

I hit the 245 from going to 8-9. BA rebate event is 38 per, so assuming you get luckier like me, it'll be just shy of 15K ingots. Otherwise you'll have to max out the rebate probably at least 2 times.
