Fateful Choice!

I would agree on getting ninja frags from events where there is no RNG involved, however, you also have a chance for Edo Deidara in Lucky Stars as well as other power boosting materials where in Fateful Choice, you don't have a chance with Edo Deidara and no power materials. I spent 2k coupons on Lucky Stars and got the Myoboku scrolls and med refine runes. Remaining points went to Charm packs. Also got Masked man frags, summon scrolls and seal scrolls with it. I'm pretty happy with what I got from Lucky Stars this time.

Yes ,on one side there is a chance at deidara and plenty of MM frags on the other hand the fuko deals also aint that bad

Atm on my server where few people went for konan, after spending 20k they average 80-100 masked frags. So if all you care about is getting masked cheapest as possible, then this isnt event for you. However if you want to get a lot of goodies as well, stars are definitively an event to consider. Averaging those nubers, spending 5k on stars gets you enough stars to redeem 50 charms which already almost pays off the cost. In addition you get 20 masked frags (20x 120 from sage treasure price=2400), some scrolls and a chance for jackpot. Just keep in mind this is rng and those numbers are average.

I was thinking...is it better to keep spending coupons on the lucky stars wheel and hopefully get him,or just go for masked man frags from the fateful choice event?

IMO I would go for Lucky Stars just for the Edo Deidara chance. Here is what I got for 2,200 coupons. I find it a pretty good deal since I got 10 Edo Deidara frags and 12 MM frags. Not to mention the other power items I got.
