I would agree on getting ninja frags from events where there is no RNG involved, however, you also have a chance for Edo Deidara in Lucky Stars as well as other power boosting materials where in Fateful Choice, you don't have a chance with Edo Deidara and no power materials. I spent 2k coupons on Lucky Stars and got the Myoboku scrolls and med refine runes. Remaining points went to Charm packs. Also got Masked man frags, summon scrolls and seal scrolls with it. I'm pretty happy with what I got from Lucky Stars this time.

IMO I would go for Lucky Stars just for the Edo Deidara chance. Here is what I got for 2,200 coupons. I find it a pretty good deal since I got 10 Edo Deidara frags and 12 MM frags. Not to mention the other power items I got.
