i've recharged 200$ this morning and even thou the bank has deducted the money from my credit card, i haven't received the ingots. I already sent a request to CS and they seems too slow in solving this issue. At this rate i can't spend on then event on time and i couldn't recharge more. this is the first time it happens to me.

I made a 0.99$ recharge later on today. Both times and it failed just like my previous 200$. Please solve this issue asap so i can compete on time.
