Anyways, I already spend 1.6k cps .. And that's the amount of Stars i got (equivalent to 7 Konan[Angel of God] fragments), i also got 5 Seal Scrolls, 4 Masked Man Fragments and more than 5 Summoning Scrolls .. So more or less, like what GeneralBudz said in his video, complete set of Konan[Angel of God] ninja will cost around 18k to 20k coupons/ingots ..
1 Fragment costs 2.2 times a charm pack. Means the average is 300 coupons per fragment. You just were lucky in your rolls, but if you roll another 15k coupons in it you will get less points in average per coupon spent.

Then you may think about using 10k on the wheel (and save the other 3k), that way you get around 40 fragments of konan and you bring your deidara at 70 fragments.
