1＃ Go ToIn behalf of those people who shares same ideas and feelings towards our status in the game, as F2P players of the community .. I or rather We would like to give our warmest gratitude to express our thankfulness for what you've done this week .. Let me specify those things you've done so well ..
First, putting "Yes! Master!" Clothing in Mission Mobilization Event's Redeem Shop .. Putting that Cloth in this event is a big thanks for us, specially peoples who has no big resources to buy this cloth, atleast with this event, we can have some frags of it for free .. This will not trigger Frustrations between the current available items in the events and makes players choose well with hesitation and regrets on something they don't get this week ..
Second, The Lucky Star Wheel Event .. First of all, thanks for not putting Konan[Angel of God] into the actual wheel as a RNG Ninja, making her as one of the redeemable items in Redeem Shop is a great thing, f2p players can have a chance of piecing her even if it is slowly .. At the same time, those people who spends for points will have their chances of getting Edo Deidara too, as well as piecing Masked Man .. And also having Minato Hokage in the Redeem Items is good also .. On the other hand, another event is great too, the Fukurokumaru Event, spending while piecing Konan[Angel of God] or Minato[Fourth Hokage], while having a chance of winning Edo Deidara and Masked Man, you will also gain free stuffs from Fukurokumaru Deals Event as a Spending Rebate, which also gives Edo Deidara fragments as you reach 2k spending ..
This cycle is such a big thing for us, and we know and we already see, that you guys are really listening with our feedbacks .. And also, i have some reminders for other peoples .. On Monday, Fateful Choice Event will be opened, and remember that this event requires you to finish Missions and Activities for you to obtain free orbs, so make sure to wait the event to become available first before doing your Missions and Activities to avoid any other problems, i'm sure you already learned from the past mistakes ..
Final note, i do also notice that the Counter for the Seal Scrolls and Time-Limited Scrolls you have are now separated .. So the confusion regarding on how many Time-Limited you have is now fixed ..

Anyways, I already spend 1.6k cps .. And that's the amount of Stars i got (equivalent to 7 Konan[Angel of God] fragments), i also got 5 Seal Scrolls, 4 Masked Man Fragments and more than 5 Summoning Scrolls .. So more or less, like what GeneralBudz said in his video, complete set of Konan[Angel of God] ninja will cost around 18k to 20k coupons/ingots ..

1 Fragment costs 2.2 times a charm pack. Means the average is 300 coupons per fragment. You just were lucky in your rolls, but if you roll another 15k coupons in it you will get less points in average per coupon spent.

If angel konan goes on like edo tobirama in events then the reply is yes, since you cannot expect any soon to get a reduction of her price big enough to let you think to wait, but if follows the path of shisui then the reply is that is better to wait. Hard to say right now. What's sure is the fact the event is together with fukurokumaru deal so is not bad to spend 10k coupons this event to get some free things back too ()45fragments of deidara is not bad if you do not own him and if you do not get him in the rolls).

Konan Angel is nice to be on redeemable.
But I feel like if she's on Konoha Great Tree, she could be cheaper, as the higher level of tree, more fortune coins you'd get.
I was going to spend some cps for her frags, but I feel like it wasn't worth for me to spend as yet. I don't have any chakra feeding ninjas to make her full potential either, other than swapping to wind main.
Hokage Minato is more juicy for me to get tbh.
My 400 cps spin didn't even give close to 50 points. That's roughly 2 Minato frags for 400. I will just stop there.

Then you may think about using 10k on the wheel (and save the other 3k), that way you get around 40 fragments of konan and you bring your deidara at 70 fragments.
