It's impossible to draw from summon treasure and ability treasure. Also a group mate of mine is experiencing this same issue.

This makes it impossible to get free draws too.

Is the issue still occurring?

I believe it was due to the Login-Issue that was occurring, the process of it being fixed caused players who were already logged in to experience some issues.
