I've got the wind main, iruka, kurenai and hokage minato in a team, was just curious about what mood each character should be? thanks in advanced

Iruka you want +Resist -Nin if you want bigger shields.

For Wind Main, I generally go +Nin if I'm not summoning clones.

Kurenai +Resistance -Nin for bigger shields

Hokage Minato +Attack - Nin is what I go with. Someone probably has better moods than what i listed
