Hi ,
I have been recharging my accout lately then yesterday when i try to recharge somehow it won't let me.

Here's the message i got

Sorry transaction failed. Please try again. If any problems, please contact us.
1. Please confirm if you input the right card and account information.
2. Please contact your bank to make sure the online payment and international payment function are enabled.
3. If you have made multiple card payments today, we advise to try different payment tool of ours or use your card again tomorrow.
4. If you are using any IP-modifying tool, please turn it off and try again.
5. If after making all adjustments above and payment still cannot be processed, please contact our customer support: narutoen_support@oasgame.com.


Can you please explain why I can't recharge anymore? I would like to use my same card to charge.

I checked with my CC company they said it's issue is not on their side.

Hey there !

This might happen when you recharge too many times in short period of time (24 hours). System will ban your card for 24 hours when you recharge too many times without success. Just take a break and try it again after 24 hours. You should be able to recharge then.

is it possible to have someone look into my account and reset the lock?

i don't have cash in paypal. transfer from bank to paypal takes about 3-5 days Xd.

ok nvm i can just use paypal and charge bank. that worked , but i still normally like to use cc tho Xd

after charging twice using paypal when i tried 3rd time i got this........now im stuck again. why..?

Hi. I kind of got the same problem before.

Try calling for your bank? I once recharged a lot of times and the next day the bank called me asking for the current transactions I have.

Try to call your bank. Ask them if there is any problem on their or your end.
