I have been recharging my accout lately then yesterday when i try to recharge somehow it won't let me.

Here's the message i got

Sorry transaction failed. Please try again. If any problems, please contact us.
1. Please confirm if you input the right card and account information.
2. Please contact your bank to make sure the online payment and international payment function are enabled.
3. If you have made multiple card payments today, we advise to try different payment tool of ours or use your card again tomorrow.
4. If you are using any IP-modifying tool, please turn it off and try again.
5. If after making all adjustments above and payment still cannot be processed, please contact our customer support: narutoen_support@oasgame.com.


Can you please explain why I can't recharge anymore? I would like to use my same card to charge.
