About Kakashi[Anbu], he showed for the first time at the Wheel of Fortune (30frags per win), then next he showed up in Konoha Great Tree as one of the Redeem Items and then this last cycle in the Great Plates .. So he already showed in 3 cycles, and i think he will still show for the last time this coming cycle after the maintenance, then he'll be gone for a while, just like what happened with Itachi[Anbu] ..
