probably wont get him unless really lucky, i have seen some people use 1000cp and not get more then 20 frags

chances of geting 40 kashi fragments with the ammount you can spend are very slim.

Overall kashi deals above average damage with his mystery, and this further increasse if the enemy is not konoha unit. But he shares same weaknes as any other kashi versions, which is him being very fragile ninja. Apart from all of that his shadow cloak passive can be very handy, Works really well with light main, shisui and itachi. (not necesarily all at the same team)

I got 60 frags of him with 400 spins on Great Plates , so you need to have insane but really insane luck to get him for that much coupons.

for like 170 rolls i got 50 kakashi anbu fragments but no i wouldnt recomend it

If you really want him then go and try your luck but have no regrets after doing that and not getting what you wanted to get, of course getting the 40 frags you need .. But in my experience, i spent some couple of hundreds of cps on the Konoha Great Tree last cycle to get my last 20 frags of him and i feel disappointed after getting and trying him .. I can say that go and get him if you have the appropriate ninjas to team up with him, Shisui to be exact or Danzo but if you don't have any ninjas like them then you must reconsider things ..

finish my anbu kakashi with 260 try. with 623 coupon u have, i would not recommended it.

Yes, when i completed him last cycle, i tried and team up Kakashi[Anbu] with Itachi[Anbu] and Masked Man, using Firemain and Lightning main .. It feels like it is lacking in some aspects and just lacking something .. But i guess if he's with Shisui, the team will be more efficient and more reliable .. Maybe with Danzo too ..

Keep your coupons for now and wait for better Ninjas in next event cycles, you may also end up completing your Kakashi[Anbu] from gaining his fragments for free from the next events ..

So if you added a Shisui,Danzo,Kakashi Anbu,Lightningmain it might me a good team?

I don't know since i don't have Danzo at the first place to test the team but with Firemain, Danzo, Kakashi anbu and Itachi Anbu, it looks like it will work .. or something with Lightningmain, shisui, kakashi anbu and itachi anbu will do better ..

I managed to piece him together with roughly 1.5k coupons at max.

Also, I'd still go for it anyways to lessen how many frags you need the next time he is around.
