1＃ Go ToSave up coupons and wait for that super rare 80 fragment ninja or
Save up fragments from events(use all coupons available on events that gives the ninja you want) and slowly get that super rare ninja.
I saved up my for my hidan DP for months now and when I saw someone( and three others) get him in bulk in one of those wheels, it literally destroyed my feelings and questioned my decision to save fragments instead.

You could waste 40k ingots in a wheel without getting the ninja. Or you could get him with 100 coupons. It's a gamble.
I truly hope that this great plate would change the idea behind these wheels, where you will get 5/10 frags of a ninja with higher % instead of the full 80 frags for a few lucky.
