KoH will proc Kakuzu's 20 hit chase and poison, the tortoise will do the same (except poison of course) won't it? Is the tortoise viable? Reply

for pvp KOH is better

you c*e tortoise is GNW battle to make more damage to enemy unit

Yeah, he is right. Tortoise is better in Team fight such as Ranked Battles or Great Ninja War. Most effective with Tortoise to get higher combo hits. Meanwhile KoH is better in PvP which let you've Damage per round.
