The ultimate of this kisame doesn't interrupt the ultimate in PvE: Strong approach, Team instance, Ninja exam, ultimate training, elite and plot instance but works in PvP since the last update

The Kisame Issue is currently being investigated by our devs.

Currently, though, it might be an intended feature as PvE events generally have their own ruling that bypass game mechanics. However, I'm unsure.

Once our staff confirms if it's a bug or not, we'll let y'all know!
