In China she came out two christmas's ago so not much longer I'd imagine. Someone in the past knew the order in which strong ninja where released in china and Edo hiruzen was before Konan(I think) and Germany is getting Edo Hanzo soon so... A few more months at the least.

Well, that thing has no exact answer. The Admins and Developers are the ones who has the power to implement things in this game, if they planned to release it tomorrow then it will come tomorrow, but if they want to release it after 10 years then we have no choice but to wait ..
