[ Suggestions ] Another Convoy/Plunder Suggestion (Hopefully a Useful one)

I get that this has been said before a lot...... but the system is particularly unbalanced. Not that it shouldn't reward the highest powered players, but the thing is it gives too little opportunity to the other side. What if the system changed to:

1) All 3 convoy/plunder daily attempts permit SS convoy/plunder for free, after it would charge ingots or a new item that would do the work of what * license and plunder book do (basically 1 item to do either plunder or convoy and you can get it off both convoy and plunder rank S and below)

2) The limit for qualification of showing up on the plunder list becomes based on power instead of level. Something like every player can only see others within 5,000 power from their current level range's (70-79/80-89/etc) BP average in the server maybe?

3) The reset of damage between the battle of a convoy * team and a plunder team before the main convoy team enters ceases to happen, however the plunderer c*so request assistance when selecting a target from the list (similar to a convoy *).

4) Referencing the last item, since time can't be wasted asking for assistance when plundering, what if both convoy and plunder assisting teams are randomly chosen from a list of eligible group candidates within the same said average power level range when an option "request assistance" is checked off on the convoy/plunder interface.

5) If a convoy successfully defends a plunder attempt the player and the * will get a bonus reward in the form of coupons via in-game mail that is separate from the convoy reward (maybe 10 coupons?). The convoy team can't be targeted twice by the same plunderer and the reward will be able to be obtained as many times as you successfully defend a plunder attempt (obviously with a maximum limit, maybe 3 times and if you lose once you can no longer be plundered by anybody for that convoy?). Plundering teams can get bonus coupons in a similar way for meeting certain achievements (succeeded plunder in under n rounds/finished with no deaths/succeeded even with n <more than 4 to reward revival/clone teams> deaths/etc), these can be stacked if completed within the same plunder attempt (maybe 10 coupons each?)

6) The wanted status of a plunderer will become for a limited time (20 minutes maybe?) instead of until challenged 3 times, and will no longer cause a loss of gold. However the plunderer will get a debuff of 5% all stats during that time (stackable for each successful plunder), the debuff will be applied to all things in game except for cross-server related events (sage world/x-gnw).
