wheel is great if u need med refines and mount myoboku scrolls. and can benefit from the possible ninja drop. lucky board usually has the best return for money spent. wheel becomes less beneficial the more power u have the higher your refines/frog level.

If you are low-power lucky board is what it is about.... if you are high power not so much.
