No offense intended but i think you're just jealous of his activity, his capability of doing such things on his own and gaining too much which you can't do .. I know this is illegal, and it is ban-able .. All you need is to have a Solid and Hard Proof of his activity, including the time stamps of each screenshot, if you can make him admit all your accusations then it is much better .. This thing has been around for ages in this game and this is what the other players to continue their playing life in their own servers, specially if the said server is dying slowly .. And almost all people who reports this kind of system is just simply jealous and envious of the gains of the said user .. If you, yourself is not affected by his action then let him be, mind your own business as they say ..

@Billardo - This thing is illegal because it is the art of abusing alt accounts .. You can get as much as possible and buy something from the events without spending cash which is contradicting to the game's target, to earn cash .. If you can have all you want from saving up resources from doing that kind of way, then the game will not earn from you ..

@*erduper - Just to clarify things with you, Oasis doesn't support this kind of thing, actually, to be able to act to this kind of reports, one must submit complete evidence that is reliable enough to punish one person, but making this step must be handled with so much carefulness, since one act can result to hundreds effect. Think of it, if someone just made an effort to make a plausible evidence just to get ban one person but that person is not guilty of the accusations and the game banned him, what's gonna happen? .. Do you get it? .. As you said, "Tons of reports", means tons of time to take investigations ..

@yyyfss - Yes, its not fair. But if you only look into someone's earnings from what they're doing then you are not concern about the game but you are only concern for your own salty-ness-es . "oh he bought new ninja, dang he's cheater because he abuse alts". "oh he pulled super rare, he's cheater because he use alt in gnw", "oh oh oh lalala" .. Just think of it and compare it in real life, a hardworking person who works 2 to 3 kinds of job per day to earn more cash to achieve his goals and dreams, what he gets is what he deserves for his hardworking attitude and if you are affected with that, then your one big jealous ..

NOTE : I'm not protecting those who abuses alt/clone/dummy/bunshin account to earn more coupons or whatever in the game, i'm just stating facts that you must consider that is comparable in real life situations. Now, if you find my opinions and comments are insulting in your part then maybe you're guilty of something. I for myself seen a lot of people doing this stuff, but hey, it's their own way of gaining resources without using any real currency, they are not doing anything against me so why get pssed with them .. let them be, respect each others ways of life, mind your own business, if they are doing illegal that is inflicting chaos towards the whole community the you must report it, but if the only ones getting affected is your ego then its your fault ..

Yes, you are right with your first statement "there is a lot work to raise those atls to meat the requirements to plunder yourself" .. Since plundering must be inside the gap of 15 levels from the plunderer and the one who gets plundered, so the alt accounts should be played too .. But for the statement "there is no online game that bans you for using your alts for ....", i already seen some of online games that bans those who abuse this kind of stuffs, it's just like a bot problem, where the computer plays for you ..

Well if you are reporting someone using alts to give their mains flowers to get the title then your case is lighter than the ones who are using alts to gain coupons and other stuffs that is more essential in this game .. So more or less, your report will be left in the dark buried deep down in the thread ..

I didn't said that Giving Flowers to yourself is an innocent act but it's just so far from the plundering your own alts to gain coupons .. Titles won't do anything aside from having a fancy sign that you are popular and most friendly one in your server, it doesn't add anything in your stats or in you gameplay .. But on the other hand, plundering alts to acquire steady income of coupons is rather have more impact in the game, coupons can buy stuffs to power-up your main accounts, but some ninjas and etc .. if you weigh those two things, Giving Flowers will go high like piece of feathers while the Plunder Alts for Coupons will weigh more as it has more impact in the game ..
