Go for 4 star kabuto

Asuming they do the same thing as Chinese server, current ninjas will stay there but at discounted price, those that are 500 now, will stay 500, those that are 1k will drop to 800 first, then 500 later on, new ninjas that will be 1k will be added, even 2k ninjas.

Don't think prices on summon shops will change 'cause summons won't be updated any time soon if ever.

It all depends on if you like what shops are offering now, in the long run, it's more worth it to save those points ofc, in the short run... it's more fun to spend them, get some powerful ninjas and have fun using them (they make for great additions to your ranked/survival teams, and Kakuzu is almost a must have for Fire Main). Or actually spend points on upgrading ninjas you're using (like I did with Karin and upgraded her to 4 stars).

Anyway... Group shop and Survival Shop aren't worth it to save at all, because you get loads of points there each day (at least 850 on survival trial, not sure about group shop, but if you participate in GNW and your group goes into finals at least, also if you participate in convoys and group's trial instance, you should be make at least 650 a day on average (you'll get less each day, but GNW will top it off)), however... you get only 400 pts a day in the Arena and 200 pts per ninja's first victory, so that may be worth saving on. And in ranked point influx is too low depending on your ranking (+a tad from other events)... so that may be worth saving on too... I myself said F it, I'm getting as many ninjas as possible, so I have all 3 from survival (Tobi, Suigetsu, Kabuto), collected 100 Karin frags from Group's shop first now going for Kisame (will upgrade Karin after that), got Hidan now collecting Kurenai frags for upgrades. After upgrading Hinata to 4 stars from ranked, I'm going for Kakuzu (and will go again for Hinata after that)...
I use lazy wind team (Karin, Kurenai, Hinata, Wind main), so upgrading those 3 is more worth it than any ninja in the shop to me. Kabuto is great on Lght teams, so if you're going for that it's worth upgrading him, Sai isn't that bad either, and niether is Kankuro... so yeah... it really depends on what you need...

Ok at this point I have
Group Shop: Kisame, Karin, Anko, 500 pts each
Arena: Itachi 1k pts, Hidan 500, Asume 500, Kakashi 500, Temari 500, Lee 500, Neji 500, Chouji 500.
Ranked: Kankuro 1000, Kiba 1000, Sai 1000, Shino 1000, Hinata 1000, and Hidan, Zabuza, Sai, Hinata 500 each.
Survival: Tobi, Suigetsu, Kabuto, Lee 500 each.

I think my shops should update with new items when I hit level 50 (and 60) not sure...
I'm 47 atm.
