You can beat people with a lot more power if you have the initiative over them.

I'd say this is one of the best, if not the best outfit we have at the moment.

Hello, this is your opinion, you cant state here on strategy to everyone that they should not go for this uniform.. it Gives you 300 initiative overall + 300 atk, i wouldnt say this uniform is bad and at the moment is in a good range price inside the tree as well ! Please when you express your opinion make it good and acceptable.
