I'll have about 2k coupons by the end of this week.If i keep going for minato frags in the Konoha Great Tree event,will i get my last 18 frags to 4 star my minato?

Someone reported 14 frags of master outfit for about 2k, so 14*25coins per frag of outfit is 350, so not quite 12 frags for 2k. Of course, luck can vary on your return there, but I don't think luck can get you quite to 18. My guess is probably about 3.5k is a safe bet for 18 frags.

Depends what lvl your tree . if u already lvl 3-4 it probably around 1-2k~
