for anbu assault tactics it says attack increased by 25 percent and then leech 25 percent of that attack.

what Im confused about is what does it mean by midnight blade will be marked as anbu what does that mean.

It means Lightning main can now benefit from Anbu Kakashi's Passive: Anbu hidden tactics.

Pretty much it means he will have "anbu ninja" tag for himself therefore if you use that passive you will benefit from any buff that will be "Buffs anbu units"

yep.

means for example anbu kakashi can select him with his passive and make him invisible if you use that talent.

If you want to make LM hidden then sure, however keep in mind that it's max 2 anbu units (including Kakashi himself)
