They just keep deleting useful information. I suggest you going to servers that were open 2-6 months ago and see whats happening there.

Def start new. You wont have any catching up to do and you can feel out if there are any heavy p2w players or not. Seems like newer servers are getting merged faster too.

Anyways, i do suggest also that it is better for you to start in a new opened server .. It is better that playing in old servers ..
