The question is, If i have 30 fragments of any 3* ninja ( unrecruited) and i pull him in a treasure. What will happen to the fragments? Will he become recruited with 30/100 or 0/100 for 4*? Thanks in advance.

If you haven't recruited the ninja, you will pull the full ninja. He would be 30/100.
