Anbu Kakashi wasn't a free ninja in China (from what I was told either by Daiske or Tobei or someone like that) so he won't show up as a Sign-In Ninja

Actually, from what i saw in videos, he's really good .. He's like a 3 in 1 ninja, his Mystery Skill works like Ay 3rd Raikage, he attacks like Anbu Itachi and chases like Shisui .. Plus, he deals 30% more damage to non-konoha ninjas and gives Invisible status to 2 anbu ninjas, Invisible status cannot be targeted by enemy's mystery skills for 2 round which makes Anbu ninjas, well literally invisible from the enemy's skills (but maybe except for the "sure-hit" skill and attacks from ninjas like shira or the guy/lee gate of joy) .. But we cannot say it as a fact since, we haven't tested him yet on-hand to give such appraisal of his being .. but he looks strong ..

I agree, he looks insanely strong. His mystery is 3rd Ay mystery without the Immobilization, but it can be used 1st round and costs only 20 chakra. Basically, with the right team are likely to kill 1 ninja or at least almost kill and immobilize that ninja. Seems very strong to me.

The only downside is, that his mystery is non-prompt. That being said, I enjoy him very much. 40%+40%+30%+30% (vs Non-Konoha Teams) I have been slaughtering teams all morning long. Especially Ay3rd and Mei-Mabui Teams are very delicious.

i just noticed this, Shisui is an Anbu ninja .. Think of it, he already evades then now with kakashi anbu, he's invisible too?! .. Shisui teams will be more .. maygad ..
