GNW with odd number of participants

Hello everyone . In my server , for 6 weeks now , the number of groups participating in normal GNW are 9 (and 7 ofc every 2 weeks when it is an XGNW week)

There used to be 8 groups but 1)either a bunch of 20 new players decided to start playing in our server 2)some p2w's are trolling and created a group with alt/spy (ikr , sad) accounts

So , from what i've seen , the matchmaking system does this (always talking about Wednesday's qualifiers)

round 1 the strongest group gets the free win because there are no opponents

round 2 the weakest group gets the free win

In the server the top 5 groups are mostly p2w , the 3 next are mostly low-mid spenders that have stayed together for more than a year and a half and this MEME group i'm talking about

So guys for 6 weeks in a row , this meme group is taking advantage of the matchmaking system and always gets the free win and one of the mid tier groups is unlucky and does not make it to the GNW finals .

So i am asking/suggesting

1)Plz oasis , change the matchmaking rules so that the group that gets the free win is 100%RANDOM .

2)Raise the activity rate needed in order to qualify for GNW at least at 250 or 300

3)Massively merge servers so that you can improve GNW system
