On the "2nd" one, I think it is more like, you'll see a bigger power increase if you multiple at the same time even if it is only like 15 power for 1 pill it'll be perceived as giving a lot of power.

I know the math :P

I'm just saying when using them all at once it feels like it is more power than what it really gives.

Although I think the point of the pills is just to increase your initiative for the most part and have an edge over those who can't get the pills cause they are in dumb events with insane requirements.
