Black screen client

Since last weeks a very "nice"bug or error or idk what and id care what it is appears and i get this "beautifull "black screen on both sv i am logged on client,so when it appears i lose plunder, fox(since you put auto meaning i dont need to watch it from minute to minute) not to mention i can't most of times do any instance ,ti or sa or decisive bonds and even guess what gnw,so i tried put the screen shots just to prove it but i got an eror in chinese or something that stopped me add them ,error in chinese from forum naruto something,and i ask our mighty staff the cupons lost will i get it?or 99.99% no?(p.s. i dont know if any other tread is with this but i am guessing yes and no answer or a lie that will be fixed like other)
