Your power grows every time you kill a ninja, clones/summons do not matter for it. It's a talent that is useful only in gnw or ranked battle where you face up to 12 ninjas or if you face somebody with selfresurrecting ninjas like dbp hidan or edo sasori since every time they die they boost you once.

so wind main clone spam hard counters it that seems like it something should should be added to the text instead of every time it defeats a ninja it gains
