From my experience, the only difference between the regular GNW and the Cross-Server GNW are .. First, the background of the interface, Second would be the feature where you can watch battles of the other lands, Third the Rewards Gain from winning/losing a round (Regular only gives 1k group coins while xGNW gives 1.6k group coins), Fourth is the Group Packs and lastly, your opponents will be from other servers so you will have no idea on how they will play the game, and that's where the strategy and instinct will come, and a little side of luck ..

The main difference is that if you are not in the strongest group of your swb bracket you get worse global rewards.

Lol .. Read carefully, he's talking about "Regular Great Ninja War and Cross Server Great Ninja War" .. Not "Sage World Battlefield" ..

The groups in cross servers are part of your sage bracket/people you see in space time so he isn't wrong

Your group needs to get the first place in your regular GNW against other groups in your server ..

No bro, SWB is not included in this threads query .. The author is asking about the difference between the Regular GNW and the Cross-Server GNW, and not about the people in the groups that participate in the said wars .. From what i understand from his response, he's talking about the Groups in SWB which is the Lands (Myoboku, Shikkotsu and Ryuichi) and not the Groups in the Servers ..

For swb bracket i mean the servers that are part of your swb/matsuri/space time bracket.

For example my bracket in uk region is server 57-73 + server 172-306. My group if goes in x server gnw cannot be matched with a group from server 17 or from server 315 or from server 543 since those servers are not in my bracket even if are in my region.

P.S. if you are playing in LA region i understand why you did not understand what i meant because LA region, differently from UK, HK and NY regions, have only 1 bracket.

It's not about being in first place but how many points from each field your group were able to gain from regular gnw. Total group power matters as well. My group won (frankly it wad the only one that registered so I do not know if we "won the points" to win) but we did not make it to xgnw becaude total power is low.

The only time we make it is if other groups that typically participate have less points than my group.

yep, only the top 8 winners in the bracket (top for power) go in x-server gnw.

In my bracket there are every time (as an example) 13 winners, but 5 of them are always left out of it due to the fact they are lower power than the other 8 winners.

The only things I'm really interested in xGNW rewards are Purification Protection Runes and Contracting Scrolls. XD

Contracting scrolls is a random drop. But in late game you really need Protection Runes to get better purifications.

Purify does come in handy in late game and I need a lot of protection runes to lock my Gold >.>

X GNW gives better rewards even with the packs,and its a cross server war.You c*so get an armor that gives 50 initiative(the armor last 2 weeks).Regular gnw gives less rewards and the rewards in the packs aren't as good as the ones from the X GNW packs.
