U just need search your screenshootname. If u dont know the name just type extension it usually (.png/.jpg)

Search screenshot.....what do you mean by that? I have looked through all places and folders usually containing pictures regarding screenshots from games after I notied that Naruto Online screenshots stopped saving on desktop. My desktop is not a mess that I couldn't find it, I instantly see where it should be, and it's not there.
Plus, I have sht loads of pictures on PC, so typing .jpg is a bit too wide of a keyword to look for, don't you think?

Could you give me a bit more specific name of the screenshot of Naruto Online? I think it would narrow a lot if you could give me the beginning letters with what screenshots tend to go by, that way I might narrow my search...of course, if they do save anywhere at all.

Personally I can't look up the beginning letters of anything that is the same for each screenshot, I do remember having a name "NarutoOnline" at the beginning, but when I searched it didn't found anything screenshot related. I usually delete after a while I have made a screenshot, so I can't look up example if the given name of the screenshots.

Bro, here's one of my example of filename for screenshot, "NarutoOnline170820032310" .. but about the issue happening to you, i don't have any idea why is it happening .. Whenever i use Mini-client and took a screenshot, the image automatically saves at my desktop .. but since i'm using chrome most of the time, im using the "PrtSC" key in my keyboard and paste it in MSPaint ..

Yea I have no idea as well...so I am here. If search does not find anything NarutoOnline related, then it seems it somehow vanishes or doesn't save at all for some reason. I think I will re-install client, and I will have to wait for another day until I can make my report :/

update: re-installing desn't help either. Cleared all related registry keys to it as well, cleaned with CCleaner as well as backup...still doesn't work.

I dunno your filename, mine is always like 192131837176317.png. Thats why i use lightshot as screenshot n i have default name Screenshot_1.png, Screenshot_2.png n so on.

You didn't understood what I meant. Well, clearly you do not use the implemented screenshot program in the client, so I am not wondering.
For naruto online it creates a file on desktop with name that starts with "NarutoOnline......", like the other guy answered. So there is no such thing as - "I do not know yours", since I only asked the beginning part which to everyone is the same when taking screenshot, which I do not pay attention much, but I had a misty memory about what kind of name it gives to screenshots, and I knew that it did had "NarutoOnline" in it, but I was thinking whether there was something more before or after it etc. other details that would help me to search through my HDD/SSD whether or not the screenshot has been saved at all.

Either way, doesn't matter that you use other programs, since that's not my problem about how to take a screenshot, my problem is that the implemented screenshot program stopped working correctly, or doesn't show up/save screenshots anymore.

I understand what u mean, here the Screenshot without lightshot. Filename (NarutoOnline180327052040.jpeg). I just dont remember that there is word in it.

But if u cant find narutoonline as keyword n u feel the screenshot isnt working maybe u have an bug.

Must be, since I can't make default screenshots. Currently I have no other options but to use Win+Ffn+PrtScreen to save them in instant, since I feel this wont be fixed, because moderator or someone will tell me it's a problem at my end, since there is no one else who is reporting, but me, or maybe someone does, but doesn't bother to report it and just uses alternatives instead.

Recently I had to rebuild my BCD which is tied to the bootrec, basically I didn't had partition where operating system was stored, and it wasn't set to active, basically I tried to fix some other problem which required for this partition to be set as active, sadly, it broke my booting and I had to restore BCD so that I can boot my OS, after I fixed it, and repaired everything making OS as if it was fresh, and the first problem was solved since now my partition was set to active, and only afterwards, the next day I tried to screenshot in NarutoOnline, it didn't saved the screenshot, even though it did took it. I might try to do some win repairing once again just in case, maybe somehow desktop does not allow, but weirdly enough everything else works, and it should have worked even if I cleaned PC from all Naruto Online related files, from registry etc. Nothing helped.

So if after the repair nothing changes, then it can't be my fault anymore.
