Use 1, then you dont have to run neurotoxin on main.

It really depens on the meta. If you run into a lot of barriere teams, run Yagura. If not Run 1.

Overall #3 is most common. For bonds I say go #1.

As people already said , 1 and 3 are best

1 if you have full breakthrough Kurenai you won't have to use neurotoxin and you will have nice shield/heal round 1.

3 is overall good team

use one then if you have kurenai's breakthrough (for at least passive);

if you run wm with her chaos skill and use experimental ninjutsu for her you could run a pretty sick lineup

i would go full on 3rd ( poison tai and double healing gonna be awesome ) !
