If you count treasure ninjas as f2p you could run Sage, Gaara or my personal favourite Edo Haku. Works with pretty much any main. Obvious weakness here is lack of heals tho, and neither is it control heavy since Temari will remove debuffs anyway. Hope this gives you some ideas.

best lineup: change gnw temari with gnw tenten + wm, mei and mabui

wind main - naruto sage - gaara - temari gnw

The best team for her is a team without her. She does low damage, her mystery will cleanse also the debuffs from the enemies and you can't cast it turn 1 unlike swimsuit temari.
