Im currently lvl 67, but my team power is only 13k-13.5k

Im seeing a lot of 62-65 with 15-16k power.

Ive been struggling heavily to compete in ranked mode, as my top and bottom lineups would be around 12.7k-13k at most.

ive seem to have plateaued at 13k power since lvl 65.

Group Skills maxed at lvl 4. (I think)
Main team consists of all 3 stars
Main team all fully awakened and fully cultivated.
Equipment lvls are lvl 55 for everyone
Equipment for main is all kage
equip for everyone else is jonin+1

How am i so underpowered compared to everyone else?
I've been playing everyday since launch, at one point i was in top 100 ranked,
now im slowly falling in ranks.
