Are your magas all lv 3 and above? Have you done mood scroll enhancement? And why is your group skill only level 4? I'm at 25 and above, some are at lvl 30. Maybe that's the issue...

Try improving your group skills; I'm between levels 5 and 13 (average is 7).

Stars: a bunch of level 50'ers have 4 stars on my server, mostly Kakashi, etc.

Our one level 67'er (it's a fairly new server) has 17264 right now.

Maybe get your group leader to upgrade the group's level? I hope this helps~

Group skills can make the difference. I Have got almost every skill at 30-35 Points now. Also Magatamas are really making the difference in this game. Just press the POWER UP but7on, it will show you what you need to improve.

I'm 67 going on 68 me power's at 15000 I don't mess with mood as it ain't required I'm having hard time geting Kage Scrolls cause of Exam 75 I'm not very good with Power

Max out your group skills ASAP and work on your gear refinement.
For example, I'm only 53 atm, and my main group skills are 26 (Life, atk, nin, def, etc.), and the secondary skills (Penet, Dmg reduc, and life gain) are around 15 each - that's a HUGE increase to overall BP.

Me gear costs 1 mill to level up completely Refinement just fails on me

funny thing is im the group leader by hand-down. but group upgrade costs a lot, because not enough members donating. :/

Bummer. My leader (shoutout to boss) kicks inactive players out, but most of our members are already active.

Other groups recruit via the world chat; stuff like "(bleh group) is recruiting, active ninjas welcome, any level". Although this gets annoying when it's every five minutes, maybe have people in charge of putting something like that out every... hour?

In terms of gaining power, here's what I have:
- Group skills alone give me around 600BP, and I have LV30+ for all nine options. It helps a TON.
- Magatama are all at least LV3s, and I'm working to at least having one LV4 for each character in all categories.
- Equipment strengthening is at LV57, and I'm planning to strengthen little by little as I go until I hit LV70, where I'll be farming coins for group donations and strengthening.
- Star upgrades for main team are currently three stars on main and two other characters, and four stars on the last. Optimistically, I'm a week to getting four stars on my entire team, by farming fragments from elite instances/shops.
- Equipment is all at least Jounin+1, and I'm working to getting Kage equipment on my main (3/5 so far)
- Mood is negligible unless you have mood scrolls to upgrade your level, so I say leave that until the end, as its hit or miss. Sometimes your power goes up, and it c*so very well go down.
- Refinement does in fact increase your power, so don't neglect it! It also helps tremendously in battles as initiative is sometimes what enables you to win or lose.
- Ninja tools help a ton too. Don't forget to equip those after you run team instances, and running team instances with LV5 friends gets you an extra run every day.
- Cultivation up to LV30 for ALL of my characters that I run in ranked battle. Cultivation increases the stats of each individual character, which does carry over in ranked, so don't neglect it.
- Awakening characters is the same thing - I have all the characters I run in ranked at Jonin level at least.
- Summon runes also increase your stats. My runes range from LV5-3, just from finishing missions and fighting summons every day; I haven't bought any from the shop yet.

To put everything into context, I'm LV65, running on ~15k power. Compared to other LV65s and mid LV60 players on my server, I'm on the lower end of the power spectrum, but I've managed to do fairly well in ranked (rank 11). Granted, nobody on our server has hit LV70 yet, but five of the highest power players on my server are at 18.7-20k, so there is a pretty big range of power. My server is pretty P2W heavy, and I've managed to stay in the top 15-20 of my server in most ranked aspects like overall power, level, ninja battle, World Boss, etc. I've paid only for a Jonin medal, and for Gaara thus far. For F2W, it is also definitely possible, as there are three players who clock in at ~16k in power at LV64-65. Two of the three are in the top ten in ranked battle, and all three are in the top ten in power for our server.

As for your dilemma about group, I know I'm pretty fortunate to have such an active group, but as Aokawa mentioned, maybe you have to be stricter about member donations. We kick people who don't donate after a few days, and our minimum donation is 100k coins. It sounds bad, but in reality group skills increase your power way more than strengthening does. If you can't get your group to be more active, maybe you should think about giving leadership to someone else to find a more active group on the server.
