was wondering why rasengan has no debuff like immobile(atleast rasengan chases ) in the anime the first time naruto used rasengan even after kabuto healed he was unable to move

no sage naruto doesnt have immobile as chase as for kurama naruto they had no other choice but to give him immobile chase

I don't think the rasengan should cause immbole it does not immoble anything.

Chidori should cause blindness because it stabs someone in the face.

Same reasons why Lee's chase has ignition effect, while in the anime his omote renge doesn't set his opponents in flames.
