Intro to Combos
In the Naruto Online game, the bonds and combos between the ninjas are major ways to improve combat capacity. As the plot develops and as Team Seven, Sannin, Zabuza, Gaara, and other familiar ninjas come on stage one after another, players face increasingly more options. So, let’s get acquainted with the Combo method in a short tutorial.
The Combo method is a kind of continuous chase and attack on enemies who possess skill effects. A Combo can be triggered as long as the conditions for chase and attack are met, and there’s an available count of chase and attack left (reset after each round).
For example:
In principle, only “bonded” Ninjas can trigger a Combo. But, in reality, all of those who meet the conditions for chase and attack can trigger a Combo. Thus, skillfully using Summons and/or a character’s chase and attack can greatly enhance the destructiveness of a Combo.
A typical Combo might proceed like this: Naruto launches a Shadow Clone, whose attack gives rise to a low float→triggers Sasuke’s Fallen Heaven Barrage, which creates repel→triggers Sakura’s Iron Ball Trap. Note that this entire set of Combo will be completely settled on the initiator’s account. That is, what looks like a lot is actually all on Naruto.
