Well hmm.. you can do two things.

1) Go for superrare in GNW Treasure and you will see which ninja from which treasure you will need.

2) Get roshi even if you dont think you need him now you will later belive me, and then go for GNW but if you get yourself roshi and then u get madara well, lucky you :D

i am confused , isn't if he get roshi then he supposed to get naruto kurama mode for better meta team instead of madara?

So he get himself roshi.. then he get Madara in treasure and he will need to spend another 1200 seals, its better to go first for superrare and then build team for him.

thats what i thought XD, madara team so expensive, u need shisui atleast to get a nice meta teams and itachi susanoo for a better version instead of anbu itachi XD. For a f2p , naruto kurama mode is best ninja instead of madara lol

Gnw is better

Going for the super rare in GNW if you are f2p is madness. Go for Jinchu1, get Roshi, add Fuguki (guaranteed in first 10 draw in GNW) and Sailor Sakura and Cancer your way into hearts and souls.

Then u can save up and spend on GNW.

Go with gnw. Roshi teams are not that useful for f2p now.

At this point most meta teams are event ninjas. From treasure theres propably kushimaru buffed blitz team and good edo + jinpachi. What I'm trying to say is even though gnw treasure is newer one, hardly any rare is meta, same with kage. Jinpachi and killer bee are and will be good, rest is mediocre at best. Outclassed by event ninjas by far. Both gnw super rares are good now and kage super rares will be good again when they get books. Both will eventually get outclassed in time. Imo its a matter of preference where you will pull.

is not that if you get madara you can't get naruto as well. After you reach the 1000th draw, both madara and naruto become common rare pulls there and every 70 rolls you can get them. This means that if you get madara lets say at 1200 is very likely you get naruto within next 4-5 draws too. In the sense, 99/100 at 1600 you just recruited both. You don' have to reach 2000 to unlock him, like used to be the old kage treasure where the 1st super rare was at 900 and the second at 1800.

Is it applicable to other treasures also with Super Rares costing 900+ seal scrolls?

How about the treasures with super rares at 200-400 scrolls? Do we also get Roshi/Han in the successive 60th draws after you pulled them?

Hi! To avoid confusion, pulling a super rare does not guarantee the next 60 draws to pull the other super rare. Each draw gives you a small percentage of chance of pulling any of the ninjas available in the treasure including the super rare. However, player based data shows that there is a specific amount needed to pull super rares based on their respective treasures and that doesn't change after you pulled a Super Rare. What is guaranteed is that if you had pulled Madara as your first Super Rare, your second Super Rare is guaranteed to be Kurama and vice versa.
