150 cp per fragment, so 6750 coupons for 45 frags.
Sakura's gift averages very close to 5 coupons per point if you buy a few thousand packs.

Just one more question is it worth getting a Minato frag here on just wait for other event where Minato might show?

Mission general and lucky board offers better deals, if he actually appear in there. He is not guaranteed to show up though.

Fateful choice is by no means a good way to get minato, I don't know why people keep thinking it is. His price is barely discounted, and you get nothing in return for the coups you spend beyond the frags. In something like missions or lucky board (both places we have seen him) his price is both lower (you could get 80 frags for about 10k in lucky board, so 45 frags for about 5500) and you get many items in return. Long story short, fateful choice is actually one of the worst places to get minato and I'm baffled as to why the community kept requesting it.

because you can get 5-10 fragments for free if you do the dailies. Is not bad.

I won't deny you can get those free frags, but you can get a similar number of free frags from lucky board and missions as well. I wouldn't necessarily say fateful choice is bad, but its certainly only mediocre at best when compared to the other options.

Oh he will lots of players still need some minato frags and you cant deny Minato is good thats why i personally know he will show up on those event you either request it or many players wants him to appear on those event.
