Well..

U dont have many ninjas but this might work :

You can try to use Lighting style buff and if it doesnt work then try Anbu tactics

The problem is Guy dies in the first round and Hanzo deals close to 0 dmg. He deals 300/poison tick while lee deals about 1400 dmg/tick on his ult.

Well, Hanzo isn't meant to deal damage, he is more of a offensive support ninja with clearing debuffs.

As i said, if they die fast then use Anbu tactics you will get heal everytime your ninjas deal Taijutsu damage which is perfect for those 2 ninjas.
