Go to your name>settings>personal information

Click on your EXP at the top, just below your name. Then, click on the Profile Tab on the left. Finally, click on "Personal Information" and the Personal Signature box will appear 2/3rds of the way down.
Note: You need to be Elite Genin in order to use an image as a Signature, but you can still input words right now.
