Firstly, Please check your inventory (All) and scroll down to see if the pack is available.
If it's not there. Please take a screenshot of your shop (Shown that you bought the item) and of your inventory.
Afterward, send the screenshots and apply them to a ticket through our Support (? *on on the top right of the client).
They'll review your account and compensation you for the missing item if the account was found to be bugged.
