Why did you bought Orange Ninja Tool Pack? .. You've just wasted your coupons, that tools is obtainable for free at Rinnegan Hard and all Brothers TI .. And as far as i know, that Tool from the pack doesn't have any additional attributes at all, unlike when you get it from TI, you can have atleast 1 yellow attribute and 3 to 5 purple or blue attributes ..

I think you made your mistake when spending 400 coupons on something you get for free. You can literally get 25 of those per week from ti. They probably didnt think anyone would acctually buy it, which can be reason why you didnt get anything.

Firstly, Please check your inventory (All) and scroll down to see if the pack is available.

If it's not there. Please take a screenshot of your shop (Shown that you bought the item) and of your inventory.

Afterward, send the screenshots and apply them to a ticket through our Support (? *on on the top right of the client).

They'll review your account and compensation you for the missing item if the account was found to be bugged.
