Most of the time, she says "yamete", but in some instances, she says "sou da na/sou da ne" which means or near meaning of "so, this is it" .
It's "sonna". My personal translation would be "No way..." but Ander's and Overmain's translations work as well.
And regarding the Dance of Impetus mystery, it's "(h)ora, ganbarinasai". So basically, the OP is correct on this one. Fun fact that doesn't really matter: I added the "h" in parentheses because "hora" is the real word, but she skips it, or at least it's very difficult to hear.
