Payment HELP

After 6 months in a row paying for the monthly card (method : Visa card) i get this message : Your credit card has been declined , please select another method or contact your bank

i've contacted my bank and they looked me like *ien (a.k.a everything ok) and i have made other payments with the card so there is no issue at all .

I've encountered several problems in the past and i've contacted support ...but the answer is always the same copy-paste message and/or fill the following form which is outrageous . The reason why i am posting this in the forum is because i don't wanna fill any forms nor i wanna see the same copy-paste message ever again .

All i ask is a complete and accurate list of reasons why a card can be declined , so i can have a chance to fix things. A crystal clear question in need of a crystal clear answer
