I would want to know if there is a list of schedule as to when a new server is gonna be released ahead of time? I want to start a new character and keep up with the levels as early as I could and starting on a new one is the most plausible way. Thanks for your help.

Every 2-3 days new servers are released, you not gonna have to wait very long.
